Trampoline Fun

Kids enjoyed the nice weather today, at least till the wind froze their ears. It took them a long time to convince Vinny to get on the trampoline with them.  

Time for Baking

Temps dipped down into the 40s the other day putting me into the mood to bake. I needed to test out some of Cyrena's no-dairy recipes and This pretzel recipe was perfect.

They were sooo yummy. Put sea salt on half and cinn-sugar combo on the other half. Salty were the first to go.

Got the Christmas Tree decorated

We had the tree up for a week with no decorations on it. It looked kinda pretty that way but I'm glad we finally got it decorated. It took a lot longer than we thought it would. Kids were more interested in playing with the ornaments than they were in putting them on the tree. 

Favorite Restaurant

Out Christmas shopping and had to stop at our favorite eating establishment. 

Took this one with us as he is the only one who can keep a secret. LOL

Saturday Morning Cartoons

Nothing but Driving

Drove down to Florida on Sunday; picked Vinny up the next morning and drove straight back home on Monday (22 hrs total driving time). All that driving took its toll and Doug didn't go back to work until Thursday.

Waffle Houses are the same all over. 

First thing we fed him was Chinese. He loves the noodles. 

He got to open one of his Christmas presents early. He loves this little truck. 

Stopped for dinner near Columbia; made it home three hours later after a quick pit stop at Kmart. 

On our way home, just after entering Georgia. Feeling peachy & checking out the turtle...
